D. Dan David holds a B.S.
degree in civil engineering and
has done extensive postgraduate
work. He has been in the
construction field for thirty-five
years and holds an Asbestos
Supervisor License.
Dan received formal
training in the mold remediation field from IAQA and also
holds Level One Estimator status from Xactimate, Inc. In
addition, he is the inventor of the Comfort Computer, an
HVAC load calculation device and also the Energy Sentinel,
a device to control the electrical demand charges in
commercial buildings.
Dan began his own commercial
HVAC and electrical contracting business and worked for
two construction management companies. His vast
experience in these fields, coupled with his extraordinary
ability to communicate with clients and city officials as well
as those in work-related fields, led to the incorporation of
DDD Construction Management, Inc.
Dan is uniquely
